Terms and conditions of StarEvent GmbH / Ticketcorner AG
The terms and conditions below outline the relationship between ticket buyer and the event presenter:
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Tickets are no longer valid once you have left the stadium. Ticket returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Spectators are obliged to comply with the presenter’s safety and admission procedures. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the hall and the forfeit of the tickets.
- According to the house rules, it is not permitted to bring beverages onto the stadium property. In addition, the following items are forbidden: bulky items of any kind, weapons, pyrotechnics, video-, photo-, and audio-recording devices.
- Audio and image recordings of all kinds are forbidden. All mobile phones must be shut off at the start of the show and can only be used again during the break or after the show.
- The presenter aims for the highest level of safety but will not be held responsible for any type of damages.
- If a show or its location is re-scheduled for any reason, the ticket will also be valid on the new date. Ticket returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- If a show is cancelled for any reason, the ticket must be returned to its place of purchase within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. Only the monetary value printed on the ticket will be reimbursed.
- For health reasons, children under six are not allowed to attend. Please use the free ear plugs provided by SUVA. The presenter will not be held responsible for damage to human organs.
- Without the express written consent of the presenter, customers are not allowed to use tickets and/or VIP packages for the purposes of advertising campaigns or contests geared toward the general public.
- To prevent fraud, tickets should be purchased directly through www.skydance.info or Ticketcorner AG and its designated sales partners (i.e. Manor).
- A ticket without its two coupon sections is not valid. Caution: Protect the ticket from heat.
- Print@home tickets may only be printed once and must be kept in a safe place. Upon entry, the fully-electronic system will register and validate Print@home tickets immediately. A “copy” will have no chance of admission.
